求教：申请公民需要的材料

mom网站上列出了申请公民需要一下材料，我的英文水平有限，搞不清楚具体要的是什么。

b) Birth Certificate, official household census list or family register (where applicable).
l) Deed poll or religious certificate for change of name (if any);
o) Foreign Citizenship Certificate(s) and foreign Identity Card(s), if any;
d. Documentary proof of parents’ residential status in the child’s country of birth
i. Passport bio-data page of parents

说句楼主可能不愿意听的话，
当你找人帮忙的时候，如果你可以，应该自己先尝试，实在不行了再找人帮忙

一句英文不好就把东西贴过来，翻译软件都懒得用一下，让人觉得帮你都没有一点意义，别人只能懒得回答了

改名证明
