HDB BTO first-timer和second-timer的问题

请问HDB是怎样知道申请者是first-timer和second-timer的呢？我看统计数字在申请截止后很快就出来了。我的现有房子是resale的，没有用grant, 按道理仍然是first-timer, 在申请BTO时有一个问题问“Any person listed in the Application owns or has inherited/acquired by way of gift an interest in an HDB flat?", 这个因为我有HDB就填了现有resale 房子的信息，但是不是填了就被当作是second-timer了？谢谢。

啊!! 不是问 “Any person listed in the Application owns or has inherited/acquired by way of gift an interest in an HDB flat”不是“owns or" 吗？而且问题的标题是"Interest in HDB Flat". 求救有BTO经验的。
