麻烦帮忙看一下有无不合理的地方 橱柜太贵了 加起来比在ikea看上的还贵 第一项包括了砸瓷砖+重做防水+重新铺瓷砖+remove 现有所有东西+装马桶热水器等 算不算贵？ 另外做个鞋柜要这么贵么。。。感激不尽
新加坡装房子太贵了.........
1. Hack off the existing bathroom tile (floor & wall), do the waterproofing and relay it with the new ceramic tile ( total 2 Bath rooms, tile budget 2 to 4 dollars per sqft) [S$7,900/=] ( please also provide me the alternative> cost for overlaying on the existing tile) [S$6500/=] 2. Remove the existing toilet bowl, basin,instant water heater, water taps and install the new toilet bowl, basin, water tap and storage water heater ( labor cost only) [Incl in 1) above]
3. provide and install shower screen at the bath room in main room. (single glass panel installed at the side of show head will do) [S$500/=]
4. Remove the existing kitchen cabinets (top and base) [Incl in 1) above]
5. Provide and install kitchen base cabinet (approxi 5M long, L shape) [S$2600/=]
6. Provide and install kitchen top cabinet (approxi 3.5M long) [S$1700]
7. Provide and install the work top on the base cabinet ( artificial stone) [S$1300]
8. Install Basin, tap, hob,hood, lighting in the kitchen (labor cost) [S$400/=]
9. Create false ceiling at the foyer (approx 3m long X 1.65 W) [S$500/=]
10.Install 4X spot lights on the false ceiling above [S$300/=]
11.create shoe cabinet from the door to the end of the house hold shelter with mirror surface (to cover the shelter) [S$2900/=]
12. Paint the whole house [S$1800/=]
13. create false ceiling for the corridor from Living room to the main bedroom (1.1m w X 2.3m L) [S$450/=]
14. Install 2 spot lighting on the ceiling above [S$160/=]
