这样啊,那我是填错了:( 因为那个收材料的人也没问我要工资单,只是要我老公的,可能是因为DPR的关系,所以不care我到底是多少薪水了..

另外公司填的那张单 也会注明gross的,所以 别填的和公司的不一样哦

那gross既然不包括加班,出差,年终奖金, 那什么才算GROSS?  那还单独列GROSS出来干什么?

这个是mom 给的 不足月的薪水计算方式。。。。。


不是gross的方式

主要是那些销售人员一类的

因为它们basic 很低,主要收入是看佣金的。

因为我有写gross,结果公司说为啥你有gross,郁闷。。。不知道咋算的,anyway,反正basic和gross相差不大的就写一样算了。。

假如合同上有明确写了bonus有2个月的,那这个gross应该怎么算?
例如basic一个月3000,总收入一年36,000,bonus有6,000,那这6000算gross么?那gross是不是36,000+6,000除以12??
