记得当初我申请的时候，问收材料的，那个GROSS怎么算，她跟我讲 GROSS=BASIC+OT............说不算年终奖金 ...

这样啊，那我是填错了:( 因为那个收材料的人也没问我要工资单，只是要我老公的，可能是因为DPR的关系，所以不care我到底是多少薪水了..

另外公司填的那张单 也会注明gross的,所以 别填的和公司的不一样哦

长知识了！那我就是basic和gross是一样的了。。

那gross既然不包括加班，出差，年终奖金， 那什么才算GROSS？  那还单独列GROSS出来干什么？

这个是mom 给的 不足月的薪水计算方式。。。。。

主要是那些销售人员一类的

因为它们basic 很低，主要收入是看佣金的。

因为我有写gross，结果公司说为啥你有gross，郁闷。。。不知道咋算的，anyway，反正basic和gross相差不大的就写一样算了。。

假如合同上有明确写了bonus有2个月的，那这个gross应该怎么算？
例如basic一个月3000，总收入一年36,000，bonus有6,000，那这6000算gross么？那gross是不是36,000+6,000除以12？？
