推荐一个anz promotion给需要现金周转的朋友

ANZ Credit Card Fund Transfer - 1.8% p.a for 6 months with no processing fee, until 31st Jan. 可以申请transfer 95%的available limit.

利率是我目前见过的最低的了，而且ANZ最大的好处是Credit Limit给的也非常高，而且第一次申请者也基本可以拿到4倍薪水左右的limit，其他银行第一次申请都不会给太高的限额吧。
前天投了anz寄来的fund transfer的支票，直接填了95%的limit,还担心会不会不太顺利，毕竟以前用其他银行fund transfer顶多就套现个10k,20k.今早查账户竟然就已经到账了，一天的processing time, 什么废话没有。比其他银行的快多了，实在让我小小的惊叹了一下。

看来ANZ真是下大力气抢占新加坡市场啊。

uob和ocbc也是6个月1。8%

1.8% p.a. 意思是6个月0.9%吗？
UOB好像是2.76% p.a.
DBS 4%
Citi processing fee 3% 实际可能会高一些
