如果是我的话我会首先打电话叫救护车，然后马上打电话报警,但我不会碰触伤者，因为我不是专业医生，怕好心办坏事加重伤者的伤势

不是装蛋，在北京工作时，半夜看到打劫的，下车，拦人，打110.在上海看xj小 ...

呵呵，值得表扬啊～～其实想做好事的人不少，就是因为需要顾及的东西太多了而很多人都想做而不敢做。敬佩你这样的英雄！

I first read about the news on BBC and I don't understand why a hit and run
accident like this capable of reeling in so much negative response until
I started watching the video. The nonchalant attitude from the passers by
really strikes me hard and wonder how can a human being show such disregard
for another person's life. Is contempt the inherent Chinese culture? Or
is there another reason for the development of such an unconcerned attitude
towards the well being of a stranger, what's more a child of only 2 years
old.

录像感觉有点问题，然后舆论的道德导向其实也是无意识的替政府的法制建设开脱责任。没有人关心道路交通状况，以及小孩为什么很危险的走在路中间没有人监督。政府最喜欢的调调就是我们把所有原因推到人性上，说是我们国人冷漠，然后不了了之。而不是从最根本的道路建设，标示路牌，以及事故的惩罚程度等来杜绝这种事情发生。甚至那位报警的阿姨也没有基本的救护意识，看着小孩身体不行了，就不应该抱起她的身体，而是报警先，尽量维持现场。
