这些都是针对我家情况制定的阿：
        Leftover food:
1.        First of all, do not cook over size, not enough is fine for us;
2.        If still have left over food:
2.1.        Keep as side dish for the next day’s breakfast porridge, remember to take out from the fridge;
2.2.        Or, pack as my next day’s lunch;
2.3.        Or, whoever at home must finish it during the next day’s meal;

        Mix & Match:
1.        Must always has green vege;
2.        Don’t cook oily food too often, Max. 1 / week; e.g. Stew pig feet on Tuesday, don’t cook stew beef within the same week again;
3.        Must have a clear soup when cooking deep fry / dry food; e.g. tomato egg soup;

        Storage:
1.        Divide materials into small portion before putting into the fridge;
2.        Separate items for different uses; e.g.
2.1.        brooms for sweeping floor ≠ brush sweeping table & bed;
2.2.        cloth wiping table ≠ cloth wipe bowls;
2.3.        wash vege fish meat in specific basin ≠ wash in sink;
2.4.        bb milk bottle detergent ≠ normal dish washing detergent;

Wash clothes
1.        Wash own under wear, hand wash floor mat, with antisept liquid;
2.        Hand wash bra, keep the foam in proper shape;
3.        Separate clothes into different categories, don’t throw everything all into one tube; wash few times by category using mini / hyper speed mode;
4.        Separate heavy gross materials from thin soft materials:
4.1.        Socks n dark colour pants can be washed together, must use antisept liquid;
4.2.        Bb’s clothes can be washed with our tops, must use washing bag;
4.3.        Blankets can be washed with bath towels, must use antisept liquid;
Save Energy
1.        Water:
1.1.        Wash dish: Don’t keep the water running, use small volume: rinseclose tapwash with detergentopen tap&rinse;
1.2.        Shower: turn off water when not necessary;
2.        Detergents:
2.1.        Dilute washing detergent before use, 1 portion detergent add 2 portions water;
2.2.        Reduce amount of clothes washing powder;
3.        Electricity:
3.1.        No aircon when not necessary;
3.2.        Off stand by power;
3.3.        Help to turn off light when anybody forget to do so;
