PM Lee announced the ** will take steps to slow down the inflow of foreign workers and immigrants  into the country — down to 80,000 instead of 100,000 this year as earlier announced – he stressed the door must remain open in order for Singapore to remain competitive.

ZF将会延缓外劳和移民的流入，从10万降低到8万，但是门槛还是照样开放。
