如果第二年第三年你都幸运的能拿到2.0%
那银行的信贷部门的相关主管，恐怕要被公司开掉了

2.0是因为现在行情不好啊，等第三年长高了，我们就换银行。
因为这个配套是绑定2年。

Any one know what is the HDB Value Rate_1108? I got an OCBC loan saying the rate is HDB Value Rate_1108 (Now 4.5%) - 2.82 = 1.68%, 3 year lock-in.

Is the HDB Value Rate_1108 decided by HDB or by OCBC, and is it good? I can not find any information about the HDB Value Rate.
