<p>Hi Michael,</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp; We(PR+my wife PR 2)&nbsp;want to buy a HDB or executive. At the mean time I am considering to apply for Citizenship. Do you think we'd better buy the house after Citizenship granted so that we can have 30k subsidy?btw,I am going to an oversea assignment (together with my wife)which may start from this July and last 9 month.That's why I have this second thought since there is not enough time to get Citizenship before I go.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Btw,my wife likes the excecutive in Jurong East(288A-E) very much but thr price is quite high &gt;400k.Do you thik that area still has potential in terms of investment or further development?Thanks!</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
