Office Address: Guoco Tower - 1 Wallich Street, Tanjong PAgar

Job Description and Responsibilities:-

Perform clerical duties and provide general office administrative support.
Handle staff accommodation matters like hotel and dormitory arrangements
Run errands such as banking, mailing, purchasing of items and deliverance of documents
Manage and maintain the company's insurance.
Process the expense reimbursements.
Participate in any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:-
Diploma or above qualifications.
At least 2 Years of working experience in a similar capacity
Solid knowledge of general office administration and the related works .
Well versed in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD and EXCEL applications.
Strong communications skills, tactfulness, integrity, good inter-personal skill.
Candidate with less experience but potentiality may be considered as Assistant Officer.
Short Notice Period or Immediate availability preferred.
PR or citizenship is preferred
