Job Description
We are hiring to invigorate the expansion of the organization by recruiting both junior and senior Traders with a vision to grow with the company.

Junior Traders will be taught about derivatives markets & position management. They will also be extensively trained in relevant trading software and information systems which will equip them to take a high level of responsibility quickly and join our trading team.

Requirements

A junior trader candidate at ideally meets the following profile:

- Must be passionate and has a genuine desire to work in financial markets coupled with strong work ethics and desire to learn.
- Work/Internship experience in financial trading space will be advantageous.
- Innovative mind with a desire to create and improve cutting edge trading strategies and program.
- Comfort working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Competitive personality, interest in games of chance, inquisitive, proactive.
