Job Description - Logistical processing of customers' orders, including coordination with vendors, sales colleagues, project engineers, sub-cons & freight forwarders. Keeping track of stocks status. (Using Excel & Stock System)
- Assists with documentation for Service/ Maintenance Customers.
- Checking of Stock & preparation of Stock report monthly.
- Able to take stress and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Provide Administrative assistance to Operations Manager.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements - A Level / ITE / Diploma
- Entry Level are welcome.
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage
- Computer literate MS Word & Excel.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Singaporeans first consideration.
