Wewould like to hire one Human Resource Business Partner for our GroupSubsidiaries.
Human Resource Business Partner
Key responsibility: - Build strong and crediblerelationships with logistic department’s management, acting as a coach andmentor and advising on all people issues, plans and strategies;
- Partner with HR sharedservices/centres of excellence to ensure the logistic department receives thenecessary support;
- Assist the heads of logisticdepartments in the manpower budgeting and forecasting cycle;
- Drive informed decisionmaking through the use of data to identify trends, determine root causes ofissues, and develop effective solutions;
- Conduct monthlystructured HR business partnering meetings with key stakeholders to driveachievement of HR KPI’s agreeing actions for coming month;
- Working with hiringmanagers to develop HR policies;
- Ensure compliance withcountry employment related laws (Singapore, China, Guinea, Indonesia) andregulations and corporate policies;
- Lead and manage assignedHR projects.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration or related field;
- At leave 5 years of HRbusiness Partner & HR management capacity;
- Strong backgroundknowledge in HR principles, practices and procedures;
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, both verbal and written in English and Chinese;
- Able to speak Bahasa willbe a great advantage;
- Must be a team player andalso be able to work independently with minimum supervision while demonstratingattention to detail.
Other Information: - 5days work week in central district.
- Salarywill commensurate accordingly to experience and qualification.
- Ableto commence immediately would be added advantage.
