Wewould like to hire one Human Resource Business Partner for our GroupSubsidiaries.

Human Resource Business Partner

Key responsibility:

Build strong and crediblerelationships with logistic department’s management, acting as a coach andmentor and advising on all people issues, plans and strategies;
Partner with HR sharedservices/centres of excellence to ensure the logistic department receives thenecessary support;
Assist the heads of logisticdepartments in the manpower budgeting and forecasting cycle;
Drive informed decisionmaking through the use of data to identify trends, determine root causes ofissues, and develop effective solutions;
Conduct monthlystructured HR business partnering meetings with key stakeholders to driveachievement of HR KPI’s agreeing actions for coming month;
Working with hiringmanagers to develop HR policies;
Ensure compliance withcountry employment related laws (Singapore, China, Guinea, Indonesia) andregulations and corporate policies;
Lead and manage assignedHR projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration or related field;
At leave 5 years of HRbusiness Partner & HR management capacity;
Strong backgroundknowledge in HR principles, practices and procedures;
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, both verbal and written in English and Chinese;
Able to speak Bahasa willbe a great advantage;
Must be a team player andalso be able to work independently with minimum supervision while demonstratingattention to detail.
