外国人开公司

想问一下外国人开空头公司不用报税吗？听一个朋友说她时常个公司有一年多两年了，一直没做任何申报.....

要申报的就算还没开始营业也要申报说还没开始营业一两年的话还没到期呢

ACRA: to file annual return within 1 month after AGM (1st AGM to be hold within 18mths after its incorporation)

IRAS: to file Form C-S/ C by 15th Dec if e-filing (also depends on the financial year end)
see file income tax return for dormant company
