咨询关于白卡上所说的最后一天

实习准证取消后，就白卡上面有这么一段话咨询各位前辈：

"This document serves as a Visit Pass issued to the Foreigner under 12 of the Immigration Regulation. This Visit Pass is valid from 12/08/2015 until 11/09/2015 or the last date, on which the Foreigner's travel document is valid, whichever is the earlier. "

这里的"This Visit Pass is valid from 12/08/2015 until 11/09/2015 or the last date..." 意思是我可以等到 11/09/2015 走，还是最后一天是 12/09/2015?

1）因为需要订机票，所以想确认最后一天是11/09/2015 还是12/09/2015?

2）顺便问一下，如果最后一天走又不巧遇到航班取消，那么那时白卡也过期了，这种情况如何处理？

1. 11/09/2015 （如果12号走，那么就是无证逗留了）
2. 如果是遇到航班取消，一般ICA会考虑，对你不会有影响。

按语法讲911已过期。按三十天，好像也是到910。

911估计稀里糊涂应该没问题。建议910离境

这个问题ICA已经帮着考虑到了。。。
请使用ICA Visit Pass Validity Tool。。。

不是这样算的。

算法是权威的，没错。
不过，那个embark day是有说道的。那个是入境日期。逗留期是从第二天起，才算30天。所以你演示的是从12入境，13日开始算30天，到11日结束。一点没错。而楼主的似乎是从12日算起。而until，就是不包括的意思。
所以，觉得应该用from 。。 to。非要用个until，晕
