没要求，因此应该不需要

如果批准了，会要当时公司的confirm的，等那个时候吧。除非薪水提高多了想更新他们

找到新公司的话要重新交那个表格

楼上确定吗，在PR结果出来之前换工作，需要新公司完成那个附表并给ICA吗？
