  (2 yrs fire insurance and 0.5 for legal fee subside $1750)

配套2.
sibor + 0.7% 1st 3 years,
sibor + 1.0%  4th year,
thereafter sibor + 1.25%
(free fire insurance for entire loan and full subsidy for legal fee $2500, fire insurance per yr about $ 150)
