Then should be quite safe, as Taiwan shares trading 11.15TWD today, which one taiwan share equivalent to two singapore shares, taking exchage rate at 22.67 ==> which turn out to be 0.246SGD for one share of singapore,so share price in singapore seems to be undervalue compare with taiwan counter part.
