小弟正在申请去美国的留学签证，但是196快的签证费要用cashier's order交才可以，刚才问过银行了，银行说是一种支票，但是我不能开，因为我没满21岁。
请问这里有人可以开cashier's order的吗？我可以给你现金然后你帮我开一下吗？情况紧急明天就要签证了。

Go to POSB say you want to buy a cashier order.You need to fill in the receiver name, and amount you want to pay. A few dollar service charge, wait about 10 mins can get the cashier order. |
